- The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to change in Section L, 2.1.2 to read from ?Each aircraft must be capable of flying at the end of the capability standup period.? to read ?Each aircraft must be capable of flying on contract at the end of the capability standup period.? Also, attached the three (3) SF30 Amendment 0001, 0002, and 0003 that will need to be signed and returned with the solicitation proposals.The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to reflect changes from Industry questions / Government responses to include: 1) Section L, 4.4.1 to read from, The Offeror shall propose the quantity (no less than three months), to The Offeror shall propose the quantity (no less than four months). 2) Section M, C. Price, to read from, The Government will confirm that the proposed price for NTE CLINs is equal to the Government provided NTE amount listed in Section B to The Government will confirm that the proposed price for NTE CLINs does not exceed the Government provided NTE amount listed in Section B.In Accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office (PMA-226) is requesting proposals for Fighter Jet Services to provide Contractor Owned and Contractor Operated (COCO) aircraft to the Department of the Navy (DoN) for Fleet Training and Exercise Support for a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities to train aircraft squadron aircrew and shipboard system operators on how to counter potential enemy advanced airborne threats, tactics, Electronic Warfare (EW) to include Electronic Warfare Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA), and Electronic Protection (EP) operations. The Government anticipates award of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting contract will have an ordering period of 4 years and 364 days. The proposal submission deadline is Monday, 10 June 2024 at 1400 Eastern Time (ET). All volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Intergrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
