- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Nevada Army National Guard Austere Environment High-Altitude Advanced Flight Training Reference RFQ# W9124X-24-Q-0017 Requesting Agency:� �� Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) Purchasing Agency:� �� NVARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office, 2452 Fairview Drive, Carson City, NV 89701 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 04/25/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611512 � Flight Training (SBA Size Standard is $34M). �������� The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is U006 - Education/training- Vocational/technical. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires Austere Environment High-Altitude Advanced Flight Training for two (2) students completed prior to September 30, 2024. Offeror proposals must include: Available training dates between solicitation closing and September 30, 2024 Course information/syllabus/agenda meeting the required training objectives and technical requirements The minimum and maximum number of students per course Price per student or Price per training course depending on the minimum/maximum number of students per course.� Please refer to the attached Statement of Training Objectives for details.�
