Description

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY.� On behalf of the Fort Walker Department of Public Works, Directorate of the Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) Division, �Fort Walker, Virginia, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB) is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirements to utilize the most cost-effective to support to the Sustainable Range Program (SRP) for the Military District of Washington (MDW) Regional Collective Training Center (RCTC), Fort Walker, VA also designated as a USASOC Regional Training Center (RTC).� The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turns is responsible to the Government services for small business set-aside basis, provided two (2) or more qualified small businesses respond to this source sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside.� Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two (2) or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.� We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
