- IL- Cypress Creek NWR invasive species herbicide application for Japanese Chaff Flower The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Cypress Creek NWR. This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. On behalf of Cypress Creek NWR, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed PO. The work to be performed under this PO shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, permits, and materials necessary to supply and perform invasive species herbicide application for spot treatment of Japanese Chaff Flower (Achyranthes japonica) on approximately 304 acres. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561730, Landscaping Services, and the business size standard is $9.5. The procurement will be a total small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract with a 90 days period of performance. The solicitation will be available June 14, 2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of June 24, 2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.
