United States Air Force (USAF)�� Remote Radome Replacement Program � Industry Day� Audience: Members of the Industry Representatives� When: 10 Sep 2024 - 12 Sep 2024 (Tentative)� Where: LSS Iqaluit - North Warning System, 2050 Hubbard Lane, PO Box 1089, Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada� This announcement is not a solicitation.?This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This industry day is for information purposes only.?The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with attending the Industry Day.� Interested sources shall respond to this notice no later than 8 July 2024 (5:00 PM Mountain Time). Email your responses to Heather Ball, Contracting Officer, at heather.ball@us.af.mil, AND, Chris Jarman, Contracting Officer, at christopher.jarman@us.af.mil.�� The HBZIA Program Office will be hosting a site visit Industry Day for potential offerors to observe and discuss the United States Air Force requirement for the Remote Radome Replacement Program.� USAF Atmospheric Early Warning System (AEWS) Program Office is interested in meeting with industry representatives to observe, answer questions, and receive feedback regarding this requirement to assist with acquisition planning and program strategy.�� The industry day group conference will be conducted over 3 days in Canada to observe 3 remote sites, tentatively beginning on 10 Sep 2024, 11:00 am at LSS Iqaluit - North Warning System in Iqaluit Canada and is expected to end on 12 Sep 2024, 11:00 am.��� The purpose of this conference is to provide open dialogue between government and industry. In order for this to be an effective exchange, the government requests a list of things industry wishes to observe, recommendations, and specific questions that they would like the Government to address. Please submit your list, recommendations and specific questions to Heather Ball, Contracting officer, at heather.ball@us.af.mil, AND, Chris Jarman, Contracting Officer, at christopher.jarman@us.af.mil not later than 8 July 2024. Early submissions are encouraged.� Who should attend?� Vendors who provide supplier services with the capability to manufacture, remove, transport, construct, and install 28-foot and/or 55-foot Radomes. Representatives should be technically capable and have a firm understanding of the direction of both Industry and DoD policy.� Due to limited transportation and room capacity at the sites the government has limited the number of attendees from each company attending to one (1).� Attendees must possess a passport and be able to gain entry to Canada.� Due to the secure nature of the system, representatives in attendance must have one of the following security clearances or higher:� United States � SECRET� Canada � SECRET� Industry representatives planning to attend must provide the following for each person for airlift and stay at the site facilities.� Surname� First Name� Rank (if applicable)� Gender� Company/Position� Company Cage Code� Security Clearance� Controlled Goods� Phone Number� Email Address� Industry Day Goals:� To ensure synergy between DoD and Industry representatives� Provide insight into remote arctic locations, conditions, equipment, and logistical challenges.� Incorporate Industry comments into the program and acquisition strategy.� Communicate DoD Radome requirements.� Gain a better understanding of recent Industry developments.� High-Level Agenda� Schedule is tentative and subject to change.� Day 1� Meet at the following location for weigh in at 11:00 am�� LSS Iqaluit - North Warning System�� 2050 Hubbard Lane� PO Box 1089� Iqaluit, NU� X0A 0H0�� Transport to 1st Long Range Coastal Site� Check in to facility, rooms.� Welcome briefing/Rules of engagement.� Tour Long Range Site - Tour� Day 2� Transport to Short Range Site - Tour� Transport to Long Range Coastal Site � Tour� Check into facility, rooms.� Open Government / Contractor Discussion� Day 3� Transport to, LSS Iqaluit� Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
