- The Government intends to solicit for Facility Maintenance services at VBA Boise Regional Office. Estimated posting date for the solicitation package is Tuesday, June 11, 2024. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies and labor necessary to ensure that facility maintenance services are performed at the Boise VA Regional Office (RO) in a manner that will maintain optimal facility operation and minimize the need for avoidable repair of building HVAC and mechanical systems. The square footage of the Boise RO facility is approximately 42,428. The Contractor shall accomplish all maintenance and inspection tasks to meet the requirements of this performance work statement. The minimum frequencies are established as reflected below. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Monday, June 17, 2024 at 10 AM MT at the VBA Boise Regional Office located at 444 W. Fort St, Boise, ID 83702. Interested attendees shall RSVP to tamara.feist-hatfield@va.gov with the company information and attendees names. Contractors shall enter through the main entrance and check in with Security. All questions of material nature must be submitted in writing to tamara.feist-field@va.gov. The Government does not assume any cost involved with the site visit. HVAC Maintenance (These frequencies are minimums--the Contractor may perform more frequently, at no additional cost to government, if required to maintain level of service.)
