Description

The Department of Energy (DOE), Consolidated Service Center � Oak Ridge (CSC-OR) intends to execute a sole-source purchase order to relocate the WARS Core System to other sites under the authority of FAR 6.302-1,41 USC 253(c)(1), to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., 221 Jefferson Ridge Pkwy, Lynchburg, VA 24501-6952. Due to the fact that an extended warranty and maintenance agreement is already in place with L3Harris on the equipment, use of any other company for relocation of the system will void the existing warranty. Therefore, this action will result in a firm-fixed priced, sole source award to L3Harris Corporation. The period of performance will be September 27, 2023 � September 12, 2025
