Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the following item: Item Name: M98 Gas-Particulate Filter Set� NSN: 4240-01-369-6533� Part Number: MIL-PRF-51527D Amendment 1 current through RFV 415-D009 (03 April 2014), NOR 980-0213-002 (02 December 2013), NOR 980-0214-002 (09 December 2013), NOR 980-0215-002 (12 December 2013) NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a limited source basis to: Design West Technologies, Inc. 2701 Dow Avenue Tustin, California 92780-7209 HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. 30500 Aurora RD Suite 100 Solon, Ohio 44139-2739� The NAICS code is 333413 and the PSC is 4240.� THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. All responding sources must email their correspondence no later than 3:00 p.m. EDT on 20 June 2024 to Bridget Taylor at bridget.m.taylor.civ@us.navy.mil. Large files need to be compressed using ZIP and renamed with a .zip file extension.
