- This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 325413. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order to the successful quoter. Bassett Army Community Hospital, Alaska has a requirement for two (2) fully automated, discrete random access hematology analyzers capable of providing a complete blood count (CBC) and all required assays.� Required tests (CBC)/Units include the following:� White Blood Cells (WBC)/#/�L, Red Blood Cells (RBC)/#/�L, Platelets (PLT)/#/�L, Hemoglobin/g/dL,�Hematocrit (HCT)/%,�Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH)/pg,�Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV)/fL, Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin�Concentration (MCHC) /g/dLL,�Mean Platelet Volume (MPV)/fL,�Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW)/%,�Lymphocytes Number (LYMPH #)/#,�Lymphocyte Percentage (LYMPH %)/%,�Monocytes Number (MONO #)/#,�Monocytes Percentage (MONO %)/%,�Neutrophils Number (NEUT #)/#,�Neutrophils Percentage (NEUT %)/%,�Eosinophils Number (EOS #)/#,�Eosinophils Percentage (EOS %)/%,�Basophil Number (BASO #)/#,�Basophil Percentage (BASO %)/%,�Reticulocytes/#/�L,�Reticulocyte %/%,�Nucleated Red Blood Cells (NRBC)/#/�L �The two (2) hematology analyzers shall work in tandem as a single system. The single system, to include the two (2) hematology analyzers, will include a modular cabinet system that can be modified (added to) so the lab has future options to add cabinets and testing capabilities. The analyzer system shall have the capability to integrate into the Cobas p612 preanalytical track system that is on site. The entire analyzer system will be serviced and supplied through a single Contractor (to whom the contract is awarded), including any parts, equipment, or supplies not manufactured, provided, or serviced by the Contractor. The system shall provide redundancy (to ensure continuous operations) and Six (6) Part Differential that includes neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophil and basophils, cell-by�-cell analyses; reportable range from 0 to 300 thousand cells/uL and indicators of white cell viability; in absolute and percentage numbers. �The Contractor shall provide the system, training, supplies, reagents, unscheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance for the system. � This requirement is for a base period with 4 one year option periods. �The period of performance is on or about 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2029.
