- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Department of Interior / Bureau of Reclamation in Missouri Basin is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Businesses, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Large businesses are allowed to submit a capability statement as well. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE REQUIRED: Traffic Control Services at Canyon Ferry Dam; The primary place of performance will be on Canyon Ferry Road (State Route 284) approximately 20 miles northeast of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana. The dam is located at latitude 46.6483130 and longitude -111.7281880. *See attached Statement of Work (SOW) document All interested contractors who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities statements and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contracting Officer, Michael Hirsch at mhirsch@usbr.gov, no later than 2:30 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time), June 18, 2024. Please also state whether or not this service is available on a GSA Schedule. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NAICS Code 561990, All Other Support Services, is applicable to this acquisition, and the size standard for a contractor is $16.5M. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11, required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
