- 18th Contracting has developed a requirment for�Pillow Ticking & Pillow Fiber. **PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS** Pillow Ticking: Description: Color: 100% Plain White Fabric: 100% new carded plain white cotton without any patterns or designs, 200 thread count, 30/30 warp and filling, with backfilled air permeability finish (10CFM or below). Approximately 19 inch width x 26 inch length, finished ticking size. Sewn: Sewn on 3 sides with a 6.5 inch opening on one corner with a 1 inch seam at that corner, using a straight stitch interlock sewing machine that has a minimum of 10-12 stitches per inch. Opening shall have the sewing terminated in such a fashion that the treads must not come loose when the ticking is placed over the Pillow Vac pillow renovating machine. Then the ticking is turned right side out, laid out in stacks of 25 pieces per stack, folded in half with 4 bundles (100 pieces) per box. (box size 15 inch x 20 inch x 6.5 inch width x length x height). -SEE ATTACHMENT 2 PICTURES OF ACCEPTABLE AND NOT-ACCEPTABLE PILLOW TICKING Spun Pillow Fiber: Description: Item �-Must be white spun siliconized cluster polyester fiber fills for pillows and other bedding products. -Must be 7 Denier x 1.25 inch hollow siliconized cluster polyester fiber processed from raw conjugate to a minimum of 99% clusters. -Must be compatible for use with Pillow Vac Mod: HPS 60. -Must be packaged in non-woven polyester bags 32 in. x 58 in. with 12-20 lbs. of fiber in each bags then baled in woven poly propylene, 200-300 lbs per bale. Two bales per pallet. -The dimension for each pallet must not exceed L 55 inch x W 55 inch x H 74 inch from the ground. -Palletized on heat treated pallets. -MUST USE HEAT TREATED PALLETS FOR SHIPMENT�TO JAPAN -SEE ATTACHMENT 3 PICTURES OF ACCEPTABLE AND NOT-ACCEPTABLE PILLOW TICKING
