Estimated Solicitation issue date: 24 June 2024 � � Estimated Solicitation closing/response date: 24 July 2024 2. PR#: FD20302431852 (FMS) 3. The requirement cited below is for a non-commercial, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), and Requirements type contract. The contract will have a two-year basic and three one-year options. 4. Item: 1st Stage Turbine Stator Support (TOBI) 5. NSN: Input - 2840-01-450-2337 NZ Output - 2840-01-580-7061 NZ 6. P/N: Input - 4083970 Output - 4088557 7. Description: 1st Stage Turbine Stator Support (TOBI) for F100-PW-229 Engine Module. 8. Item function: To encase the HPT and contain airflow subsequently directed to the lowpressure turbine. 9. Best Estimated Quantity: Basic Year 1 (Aug 2024 � Aug 2025) � 20 Total Basic Year 2 (Aug 2025 � Aug 2026) � 20 Total Option Year 3 (Aug 2026 � Aug 2027) � 20 Total Option Year 4 (Aug 2027 � Aug 2028) � 20 Total Option Year 5 (Aug 2028 � Aug 2029) � 20 Total 10. Application: F100-PW-229 Core Engine Module 11. Destination: TBD � Various FMS Customers. 12. Delivery: 5 EA 45 Calendar Days ARO Funded Order or Reparable Assets, whichever is later. 13. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000 then UID requirements will apply 14. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained, and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. 15. Additional Information: Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
