- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (RFQ1698709) General Services Administration Healthcare Furniture After reading the RFI, interested contractors must submit the Sources Sought Questionnaire (see Attachment 1) by June 18, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. EST in GSA eBuy. This is a RFI, SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) seeking information from prospective vendors interested in providing Healthcare Furniture for the National Stock Number (NSN) Program. At this time, GSA is gathering information for a procurement which may result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement award according to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules, under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Program (MAS). NAICS Code (North American Industry Classification System) 337127 � Institutional Furniture Manufacturing Note: NAICS Code 337127 must be added to all vendors� System for Award Management (SAM) record (https://www.sam.gov). NAICS 337127: Institutional Furniture Manufacturing, Business Size: 500 Employees Special Item Number: 339113H Healthcare Furniture, Includes furniture designed and marketed for hospital and/or long-term patient care use, such as hospital patient room furniture, hospital and geriatric chairs, medical head-walls, and patient service columns for general patient care. The Government will use the responses from the RFI to determine if a total small business set- aside or a further socioeconomic set-aside (such as Veteran Owned Small business and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business) can be assigned to this BPA; however, all interested firms are invited to submit responses. Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA) are permitted. Orders will be requisitioned by customer agencies, and GSA will issue purchase orders for the requested items to the GSA MAS awardee for direct delivery to the ordering agency. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract, with consideration to economic price adjustments (EPAs) incorporated at the GSA MAS Contract level. Therefore, GSA will allow EPAs approved on the MAS contract to flow down to the BPA, while applying the same discounts quoted at the time of the BPA award, with the approval of the BPA Contracting Officer. Product specifications for these furniture products are located in Attachment 1. Please note that any or all commodities herein are being routinely considered for a Strategic Sourcing Solution, which may result in cancellation of any or all commodities herein, or may result in the addition of commodities within the awarded product line(s). The information provided above in this document is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
