Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0052 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and DFARS change notice 04-25-2024. This purchase order is being solicited as a 100% Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside requirement. This NAICS code is 333415, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The PSC is 4110, Refrigeration Equipment Products.
