- Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information for the National Diversity Internship Program (NDIP) Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Background:� The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (�OCC�) requires intern recruitment services to support its National Diversity Internship Program (NDIP).� The purpose of the request for information is to gain an understanding of the intern recruitment process, including market information, capabilities, and industry pricing models.� This market research questionnaire is designed to request high-level information concerning the industry standards for intern recruitment services and the results might be used for planning purposes.� �� Disclaimer:� A Request for Information (�RFI�) is used when the Government does not presently intend to award a contract but wants to obtain market information and capabilities for planning purposes. This is a request for market research information and is not a formal Request for Quote or Request for Proposal.� Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responses to this questionnaire are voluntary and does not commit or imply the OCC will act on a procurement in the future.� The OCC will not incur any cost of providing this information. Response format:� Responses shall be no longer than ten (10) pages in MS Word or PDF format.� Respondents should avoid the use of excessive marketing language, submission of fancy brochures, and other unnecessary sales literature. �� Due Date:� Submit your responses to this questionnaire no later than June 13, 2024, at 12:00pm Eastern Time.� Please email your response to Danielle Pe�a at Danielle.pena@occ.treas.gov. Questionnaire:� Interested parties shall provide brief responses to the questions below. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED.� Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All responses received by OCC will be kept confidential. What are the qualifications for your candidates (examples below): Full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college/university with at least 1 summer before graduating college. Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher. Majors in the areas of Business, STEM, or Liberal Arts. What training sessions do you have with candidate(s) to prepare them for a professional work experience? What is the process of matching candidates with our job summaries? How long does the matching process take? How do you ensure that the candidate selected will be available to accept the position at our agency versus being selected but having accepted another internship? What is the timeline from agency/manager request to placement at the agency? What is your application process and what documents are required from the students? (Unofficial transcript, resume, interview, etc.) What locations in the USA have you placed interns? What locations are you unable to provide candidates? What is the total number of interns you have placed at one time with an agency/organization? What is your company�s pricing model for intern recruitment services?� Upon review of the draft statement of work, is there any information that is missing to include to help with the recruitment process? Does your company have any contract vehicles available that can be used to provide intern recruitment services?� If so, please provide the contract information to include Agency that manages contract and contract number.
