- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract Practising Law Institute (PLI), 1177 Ave of The Americas, New York, NY 10036 in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 and under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, simplified acquisition procedures. Based on market research, PLI is the only vendor that meets the following salient characteristics of the requirement: Facilitate CCO staff maintaining certification for state bar associations and accounting boards by providing courses that allow CCO staff to earn CLE and CPE credits that are suitable for the purpose of maintaining certification for state bar associations and accounting boards. Live education seminars that predominantly allow CLE/CPE credit suitable for the purpose of maintaining certification and for state bar associations and accounting boards Live webcasts and groupcasts (allowing multiple staff members at a single office location to participate in live or on-demand webcasts) that predominantly allow CLE/CPE credit suitable for the purpose of maintaining certification and for state bar associations and accounting boards Audio briefings that predominantly allow CLE/CPE credit suitable for the purpose of maintaining certification and for state bar associations and accounting boards Hot topic briefings; hot topics are subjects particularly relevant to the contemporaneous legal and/or accounting environment Audio and/or video downloads from previous programs (live webcasts, live groupcasts, audio, etc.) A dedicated account manager CLE and CPE history and credit reporting accessible by the OCC employee and OCC CCO management points of contact Online attendance reporting accessible by the OCC employee Courses with focus on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and Federal Accounting Standards Board rules and regulations through seminars, fora, etc. Access to program attorneys, pro-bono specialists, CLE management group, library and librarian, and customer service to answer questions related to their field or function. Catalog of training events, seminars, courses, live webcasts, etc. The period of performance for this renewal membership is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received before the closing date of this notice.� Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice.� Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole-source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
