- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis ONLY. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) seeks information to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the merit promotion test administration services. The USMS may use the information to determine whether a small business set-aside can be supported. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Governmentwide point of entry (GPE) for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 611710 Educational Support Services and Size standard $24M. Attached is the draft SOW for details. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in writing including details of the company�s ability to administer merit promotion exams at various locations. Additionally, please provide the following information: Identify Company details. Company Name and Address Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number CAGE code GSA or other IDIQ Contract Number Statement regarding business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB (certified), WOSB (certified)) and the corresponding NAICS code. �Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements that will facilitate making a capability determination. The information must clearly explain how your company can satisfy the requirement outlined in the attached draft SOW and Appendix I. General statements of interest will not be used as a capability determination. Information to help determine if the requirement is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information, e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing, etc. Any other information that highlights the company capabilities. Please note that all attached documents are considered to be in draft form. Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer Deloyce Barrington at deloyce.barrington@usdoj.gov no later than June 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Early submissions are encouraged. USMS reserves the right to review late submissions; however, there is no guarantee of review of late submissions.
