Description: This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement to create five high-quality replica fiberglass statues of the 3rd Infantry Division ""Rocky"" the Bulldog Statue. Statues must be designed to be weather-resistant and durable for outdoor display in tropical climates. The fiberglass statues must be constructed to support the weight of the statue at a single swivel point. See attachment for details.
