Description

This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 6.302-1. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division requires an Adaptive Optics System. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516. �The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). �The NSWC, Corona Division intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source FFP contract to Boston Micromachines Corporation. �This is an all-or-none requirement and partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single contract to the responsible Offerer whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in Section L and Section M of the Solicitation. Offerers must be registered in SAM.gov and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Offers are due no later than the response date specified in the posting. Offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word format to wendell.l.mendoza.civ@us.navy.mil� �Any amendment(s) issued to this Request For Proposal (RFP) will be published on this website.
