- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing Vocera nurse call badge services to the Bath VA Medical Facility located at 76 Veterans Ave, Bath, NY 14810. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about May 29, 2024 to be posted to Sam.gov. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced contract with a base plus 4 option year contract beginning 07/01/2024 and ending 06/30/2029.This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled small business set-aside. The contract award will be made based on FAR 8.405. All instructions for submitting quotes will be provided in the solicitation. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $34.M. The classification code is R426. The entire solicitation will be made available only to schedule contractors who are authorized Vocera providers.
