Revised document uploaded 14 May 2024. __________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 has been issued to add addition to the SOW to include a return line installation for new unit in building 1074, items highlighted in the updated SOW are the items that have been added 10 May 2023. __________________________________________________________________________________ Prebid Conference information has been issued along with associated documentation. 10 May 2024. _________________________________________________________ Questions and Answers Document 1 Posted 7 May 2024 _________________________________________________________ Building 1070 and Building 1074 HVAC Replacement This notice is for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing 3 HVACS between Buildings 1070 and 1074. This sealed bid is utilizing FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 14. Please review the solicitation document for the date, time, and location of the pre-bid conference and site visit. Please review the required information that must be submitted to attend the site visit. The deadline to submit questions and request for information (RFI) for this requirement is close of business seven calendar days prior to the bid opening date. Questions and RFI submitted after the deadline may not be answered or acknowledged. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning Contractors, the size standard is $19.0 Million. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The bid opening will occur on May 29, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Facsimile / electronic submissions of bids shall not be accepted. Only in person, hand delivery of bids will be accepted at the bid opening. Please review the solicitation document for date, time, and location of the bid opening. Please note that the location of the bid opening is a differnt location than the�pre-bid conference and site visit. In accordance with DFARS 52.204-7, all prospective bidders interested in submitting a bid in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
