This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.a. Project Title: MICRODEBRIDER 1.b. Description: The VA LOMA LINDA Healthcare System a contractor to provide - MICRODEBRIDER 1.c. Project Location: The VA LOMA LINDA Healthcare System located in Loma Linda, CA. 1.d. Solicitation Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26224Q1224 BRAND NAME ONLY 1.e. Set Aside: Total SDVOSB Set-Aside 1.f. Applicable NAICS code: 339112 1.g. Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees 1.h. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price 2. Scope. The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide - MICRODEBRIDER, adhering to the S02 36C26224Q1224 attachment and provisions. Brand name Information Manufacturer: MEDTRONIC Nomenclature: MICRODEBRIDER Model Number: 1899200 M5 ROHS Salient Characteristics: Must provide precise control to resect sinus / bronchial tissue. Must preserve / protect surrounding tissue when cutting targeted areas. Must provide clear visibility of surgical site. Must have compatibility with multiple size burrs / cutters. Must be compatible with current power system and disposable blades being used. Must provide angular access to cut sinus / bronchial tissues in difficult areas. Must have suctioning capabilities to remove blood / mucous. Must provide 360° rotation for accurate approach. Must have speed adjustment capabilities. 3. Submit written offers with spec-sheets of proposed items in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Any questions must be submitted on or before Tuesday May 28 ,2024 by 4:00PM PST. Oral offers will not be accepted.
