- May 23, 2024 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51524Q00000016 for the requirement of Repair High Mast Lighting. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335132. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery and completion by September 30, 2024. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2024, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.sam.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of the quote is June 7, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. central standard time via mail or email: TEX-ProcurementProp-S@bop.gov. Each offeror(s) is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via www.SAM.gov. Faith-Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. The anticipated date of award is June 21, 2024.
