Description: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation intends to issue a solicitation for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity (IQC) contract which will include 48 NSNs for compressed and liquified gases provided in Government Furnished Property (GFP) cylinders for Federal Supply Class (FSC) 6830- Gases: Compressed and Liquefied; and 8120 � Commercial and Industrial Gas Cylinders but excluding Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), to U.S. Military and U.S. Government forces conducting operations in the CENTCOM theatre. This solicitation will be for an award for a base year and four (4), one-year options. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Full and Open Competitive Procedures. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance could be both Destination and Origin depending on NSN requirements. A subcontracting plan may be required. Certified cost and pricing data will be required per FAR 15.403-4. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Available Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described will be available at time of Request for Proposal (RFP) release via cFolders. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 07 June 2024, (with an anticipated closing date of 08 July 2024), anticipated award date of 30 November 2024.
