The purpose of this amendment is to adjust the required delivery schedule in FAR clause 52.211-8 ""Time of Delivery"" and to add the Option Narrative to CLIN 0002AA in relation to OPTION QUANTITY, PURSUANT TO THE CLAUSE ENTITLED - OPTION FOR INCREASED QUANTITY - SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEM 52.217-7. 2. Add the Option Narrative to CLIN 0002AA in relation to OPTION QUANTITY, PURSUANT TO THE CLAUSE ENTITLED - OPTION FOR INCREASED QUANTITY - SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEM 52.217-7. (a) Add the following narrative to CLIN 0002AA: (1) The quantity stated for the option CLIN DOES NOT form a part of the basic contractual quantity. Part or all of it may, however, be added to the contract by exercise of the option clause, at the discretion of the government. The failure of the offeror to insert a unit price applicable to the option quantity must mean that the offeror will supply all or any part of the option, if exercised by the government, at the basic contract unit price, and the offeror will be evaluated for award accordingly. 4. The solicitation is extended for 7 days from 22 May 2024 to 5:00 pm EST on 29 May 2024. All interested Offerors may submit a new price proposal. Instructions for submitting proposals are provided within this solicitation. 5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal and acknowledge this amendment via email, no later than Wednesday, 29 May 2024 at 5:00PM EST, to the Contract Specialist (Pasquale.c.lucci.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-21-Q-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 6. All other terms and conditions to remain unchanged an in full force and effect. ***As of 13 February 2024, W56HZV-21-Q-0062 with Amendment 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 is as follows: 1. The purpose of this amendment is to add mandatory clause FAR 52.204-30 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders- Prohibition (DEC 2023) to SECTION I - CONTRACT CLAUSES. 2. The solicitation is extended for 16 days from 13 February 2024 to 5:00 pm EST on 29 February 2024. All interested Offerors may submit a new price proposal. Instructions for submitting proposals are provided within this solicitation. 3. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal and acknowledge this amendment via email, no later than Thursday, 29 February 2024 at 5:00PM EST, to the Contract Specialist (Pasquale.c.lucci.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-21-Q-0062 (company name). Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0062. 2. The purpose of this solicitation Amendment is to: A. Extend the solicitation from 13 December 2023 to 5:00 pm EST 05 January 2024. B. Incorporate CAD (Computer-Aided Designs) files into the TDP. 3. The solicitation is extended for 23 days from 13 December 2023 to 5:00 pm EST on 05 January 2024. All interested Offerors may submit a new price proposal. Instructions for submitting proposals are provided within this solicitation. 4. Contractor must provide signature on first page. 5. All interested Offerors will need to submit an updated request to access the TDP with the incorporated CAD files, titled ""Updated TDP 31 May 2023"". 6.
