The CLIN volumes listed in the solicitation when compared to the volumes listed in the document P09 Final Station do not align to each other. Are you able to provide additional information or clarification details on specific volumes for each level of service identified? Answer- The PWS-SOW was provided as required per a National Template approved from the VTP National VA office. Please refer to the Section Price-Cost Schedule in the Solicitation for the actual Clin- Items and quantities that are being requested for the quotes. Are the transportation volumes listed only for the main facility ( Bruce W. Carter Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center) or are they including the CBOCs? Yes all sites are in included as listed in the PWS-SOW and Price Cost Schedule of the Solicitation. If CBOCs are listed as well, are you able to list the volumes associated for the main campus and the CBOCs by level of service type? Answer- The CBOCS are included in the line items in the price cost schedule. The actual projected usage per each individual CBOC is not available at this time. Is the VA intending to issue an award to multiple providers or utilize a single source award? Answer- Award will be made a single ambulance service provider. With the above information needed in clarification for the preparation of a responsive bid, we respectfully request an extension of the submission deadline. Questions-- Per the solicitation, it is stated that All offerors should submit technical capability less than 10 pages in scope and length and past performance for similar work in scope as three references (3) as separate attachments for consideration.
