- Synopsis Tuttle Creek Administration Building Roof ReplacementThe US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tuttle Creek Lake Project, has a need for roof replacement construction. The existing roof is a 20 plus year old EPDM roof. The Contractor must perform the removal of the roof system, along with the original chimney. Roof must be replaced with a complete EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) sloped roofing system. In addition, new guttering and downspouts will replace the existing. The Contractor shall provide all required equipment, labor, supervision, and material. Project is broken into a Base CLIN and a single Optional CLIN. Optional CLIN may or may not be exercised as part of the Contract. This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated period of performance for completion of the awarded contract is 180 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There will be a site visit planned for this solicitation. If the quoter is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have a valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. SAM.gov registration is free of charge. Utilizing SAM.gov and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) System Solicitation Portal will normally be the only methods of distributing amendments, updates, and questions and answers prior to closing; therefore, it is the quoter's responsibility to check the website (SAM or PIEE) periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. These websites are occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for a quoter's inability to access the document at the reference website. This requirement will be synopsized and solicited, and quotes will be received, through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) System Solicitation Portal.
