Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER and is not a request for competitive proposals.��The Department of Commerce/NOAA/National Marine Fisheries Service/Office of Law Enforcement, has a requirement for a Video Spectral Comparator (VSC9000) manufactured and sold by Foster and Freeman USA, UEI LC1TJNRE6KX7, Ashburn, VA. ��The award will be made using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(A), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is�334516 and the business size standard is 1000 Employees.�� This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. It is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest by providing a capability statement not later than May, 28, 2024 at 10:00AM(EST). The capability statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.��Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.��Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future No solicitation package is available.
