Description

The United States of America, acting by and through the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (Government), has a requirement for warehouse space that cannot be accommodated onboard Naval Support Activity Panama City.�The leased premises must meet all of the requirements set forth in this Solicitation for Offers, including attachments (�SFO� or �solicitation�).�This Solicitation for Offers (SFO) is issued under full and open competition. The Navy is accepting offers to meet the Navy�s requirement to lease one (1) or multiple warehouses totaling 90,710 net square feet (NSF) of industrial / warehouse space to include approximately 10,000 SF of climate-controlledspace. These spaces are not required to be contiguous.�
