Grounds Maintenance for Evergreen Soldiers' Lot -- S208 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Grounds Maintenance Services for Evergreen Soldiers' Lot NCA has a requirement for a contractor to provide a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for Grounds Maintenance Services for the Evergreen Soldiers' Lot. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all equipment, tools, resources, and personnel to perform all services per the SOW and attachments.
