- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) # 246-24-Q-0114.��Submit only written quotes for this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE. Support and Maintenance shall be inclusive of, but not limited to: The contractor shall provide an annual safety inspection and service to include hydraulic evaluation. This evaluation shall be completed between May and June of 2025. The contractor shall be certified and technically skilled with proper technical training for providing services to inspect and safety test elevators in accordance with OSHA, state, local, and federal regulations and laws. Emergency Call back service shall be provided on an as needed basis to respond to unscheduled service due to equipment failure. The contractor shall perform services by examining the elevator equipment to ensure optimum operation. Examination, lubrication and adjustments will cover the following components: control and landing positioning systems; signal fixtures; machines, drives, motors, governors, sheaves, and ropes; power units, pumps, valves, and jacks; car and hoist way door operating devices and door protection equipment; load weights, car frames, platforms, and counterweights; all safety mechanisms. Equipment shall be lubricated for smooth and efficient performance. All elevator parts and components shall be adjusted to maximize performance and ensure a safe operation. Technicians shall document and report all findings by issuing a signed receipt record or log of all work performed. This documentation shall to be submitted to the Pawnee Health Center Facility Department after completion of each monthly service performed. Repairs that require additional costs on equipment not listed shall not be performed unless preauthorization arrangements have been made. Submit Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form To be considered technically acceptable, items must meet the following: The contractor shall schedule monthly elevator service with the facility point of contact. Monthly service shall be completed by the 4th week each month during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The contractor shall report to the Pawnee Indian Health Center Facility Department to sign-in. Contractor shall wear visitor/contractor identification badge at all times during service calls. After hours services shall not be performed unless previous arrangements are made through Facility Department. Arrangements shall include the preauthorization of additional costs if any. (b)�Options. The Government will evaluate�offers�for award purposes by adding the total price for all�options�to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government�may�determine that an�offer�is unacceptable if the�option�prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of�options�shall�not obligate the Government to exercise the�option(s).
