General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Utica Delineated Area:� Northern Boundary: From 1-90 to Genessee St to 5S Eastern Boundary: From Culver Ave to Tilden Ave Southern Boundary: From Higby Rd to 24 to Rt 8 to Rt 12 to Rt 5 Western Boundary: From Middle Settlement Rd to Clinton Rd to Mohawk St to Cavanaugh Rd Space Type: Office Space Size: 5,100-5,400 USF Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term:� 5 Years Additional Requirements: 24/7 access Expression of interest must include the following information at a minimum: Address Location of space and date of avalability Name, address, telephone number and email of authorized contact Evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s) Reference Project Number 3NY0920 in response to this ad Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National� �Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
