J-7 Q&A for GRR & MKG Second: The due date for proposals remains the same. Third: All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. ************************************************************************* Amendment 0002is to delete Selective Demolition Section 1.6D from the specifications and update the due date of the proposals as described in the following: FIRST: An additional question was received after the Q&A session had ended. That question is the following: Line D.1 in section 1.6 Field Conditions, on pg. 16 of the solicitation states: Hazardous materials will be removed by Owner before start of the Work. However, the plans show areas where asbestos containing materials are to be removed so I just wanted to check and see if we are to follow the solicitation and assume that any asbestos containing materials and other hazardous materials will be removed by the owner or if we are responsible for performing this work. Based on this question, section 02 41 19 Selective Demolition Section 1.6D is hereby deleted from the specifications as the contractor will be responsible for theremoval of hazardous materials identified in the specifications. Updated Specifications are hereby included in this amendment reflecting these changes. ******************************* SECOND: Due to ""FIRST"" above, additional time to propose is hereby granted.
