Travel southeast and east on PR-165 to Ave Boulevard las Palmas. � EAST: Continue south/southwest on Ave Boulevard las Palmas to the interchange with PR-869, then continue south along PR-869 to PR-22. Continue east on PR-22 to the connection with PR-5, then continue south to the connection with PR-855. SOUTH: Continue west on PR-855 to the interchange with PR-167, then continue north on PR-167 to the interchange with PR-29. Continue west on PR-29 to reconnect with PR-2. Continue west on PR-2 to PR-864. WEST: Continue north on PR-864 to the connection with PR-866. Continue on PR-866 to the connection with PR-867. Continue north on PR-867 to the connection with Av. Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. ��� �In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement / permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. ��� �Reference project number: 4PR0143 � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. All operation services, janitorial supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Offered space should not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
