- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ����������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Cortez Delineated Area: Must be located on airport property Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 453 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 453 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 Months Firm Term: 0 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: None The United States Government intends to award a renewal option under the existing lease using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Cortez, Colorado at the Cortez Municipal Airport. The Government requires 453 ANSI/BOMA office area.� The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �500-Year� floodplain).
