Description

The US Forest Service currently leases 5,612 square feet (RSF) of office space at 1565 South Highway 150 & #A 35 Aspen Grove Road (Warehouse), Evanston Wyoming 82930�under lease number�128AM811L041 for the Evanston WY , Ranger District & Warehouse. The current lease expires on October 31, 2026. The US Forest Service intends to add a 5-year unevaluated renewal option to the current lease with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this leased location. The right to pursue a renewal option is detailed in GSAR 570.401. Renewal Options. This will serve as a notice of intent to provide adequate transparency to the market.
