Description: The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Intech Marine Services, LLC for the servicing of USNS GRASP�s SMART Inspection Support. Intech Marine Services is the only contractor who can fit the USNS GRASP�s schedule and fulfill the Government�s minimum requirements within the allotted timeframe. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
