- SURGICAL CHAIRS AND SUPPLIES This is a sources sought notice only and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The SBA size standard is 800 employees. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not adequate, contractors must reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, located at 2501 W. 22nd St. Sioux Falls, SD 57015, is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide surgical chairs and supplies. Rail - UFSK 30900000; Instrument table 50x30x1.5cm height-adj, swivel - UFSK 30650003; 500XLE Treatment Chair NEW STYLE - UFSK 15000006; 500XLE Comfort - UFSK 30310080; Oxygen Cylinder Holder - UFSK 30720002; IV Pole 25/18MM, 4 hooks, glass and holder - UFSK 30680000; Side parts (Right + Left) swiveling incl. locking uphol-UFSK 40002490; Flex rod w/oxygen bar - UFSK 32060000; Instrument table 50x30x1.5cm height-adj, swivel - UFSK 30650000; Component holder for two components - UFSK 40002788; and Sliding handles back part-UFSK 33510046.
