- Amendment 01: Quotation submission deadline extended to May 17, 2024 at 5 pm ET. Attachments for Government responses to vendor questions, amended combined syopsis/solicitaiton, and amended technical evaluation criteria uploaded. The purpose of this requirement is to acquire high-level subject matter expert (SME) support for translational product development at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). This requirement provides support that is critical to the broad range of NINDS translational product development activities that are in-process, planned, and evolving.
