- 1. REQUEST FOR FIRM, FIXED PRICE QUOTE IN U.S. DOLLARS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. 2. The USGS Fish & Wildlife Service San Francisco Bay NWRC requires repairs to a mobile office trailer that has suffered water damage. 3. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Materials submitted to the Government for review will not be returned. 4. Proposed action will be awarded in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 5. Solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective 02/23/2024. Please see solicitation with CLINS, technical specifications, provisions, and clauses. 6. RESTRICTED solicitation. 7. NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 8. Size Standard: $45M 9. USGS is tax exempt. 10. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All Amendments must be signed and included with quote submission. 11. Evaluation. Quotes will be evaluated by best value to the government using the following factors: a. Cost / Price b. Past Performance 12. Site Visit: May 14, 2024. Between the hours of 11AM to 1PM a. 1 Marshlands Rd, Fremont, CA 94555, i. LAT/LONG 37.534111�, -122.072937� b. Site access instructions: No special access requirements i. Point of contact: Stacy Moskal, Phone Number to be provided upon RSVP for site visit. ii. RSVP BY 13 May 2024 12:00PM PD to Joel Berberena at jberberena@usgs.gov c. Vendors will be required to login to demonstrate attendance. d. Do not provide quotes to site visit point of contact follow instructions listed below for quote submission. e. Questions regarding budget, funds, or other competitors will result in termination of the site visit and removal from consideration. f. Purpose of the site visit is to assess the proposed work area and obtain the required technical information to generate a competitive quote. g. This site visit does not constitute a promise of award and does not serve as a vehicle to establish preference over competitors. 13. Deliverables: a. Signed SF18 b. Signed amendments (if applicable) c. Firm, fixed price quote d. Quote shall show provide sufficient detail for evaluation and clearly identify all requirements that can and cannot be met. e. Technical information/Capability Statement f. References or awards for similar work. g. Completed FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-26 h. SAM UEI visible on quote 14.
