Description: The USPSC will serve as a Specialist at the GS-13 level within the DRG Bureau�s Management and Cadre Support (MCS) Office, specifically on the Cadre Support Team. The PSC will oversee the DRG Bureau�s surge support to provide short, medium, and longer-term technical assistance and coverage to USAID overseas operating units. The Specialist will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for an award(s) intended to provide consultant services and/or surge-support to USAID overseas operating units through an ISC contract and/or several U.S. Personal Services Contracts. This will require a sound understanding of budgeting, USAID�s field support database, contracting regulations, and strong organizational skills.
