The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) and the Government of C�te d�Ivoire (the �Government� or �GoCI�) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the �Compact�) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in C�te d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 536.7 million (�MCC Funding�). The Government, acting through MCA-C�te d�Ivoire (the �MCA Entity� or �Buyer�), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Qualification (�RFQ�) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire hereby invites eligible individual Consultants, external auditor of plans to restore the livelihoods of People Affected by the Skills Project. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire will award the selected consultant a contract and the overall duration of the service is estimated at 9 Men Months out of the fourteen (14) months remaining before the end of the Compact. As an indication, the start of the Consultant's service is planned for June 2024 and the end of the service is planned for the end of July 2025. 3. Requirements: The required qualifications for the Individual Consultant are described in the description of services and requirement of deliverables indicated in the Request for Qualification (RFQ). 4. This RFQ is open to qualified national or international individual consultants wishing to participate in the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire�s activities. 6. A Consultant will be selected under the Individual consultants Selection method, in accordance with �MCC Program Procurement Guidelines� (P.1.B.3.10) which is provided on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov/ppg). 7.
