Description
The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Evansville, IN that will expire on 4/23/2025.� The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for a 5 year, 2 year firm term. The Government has a continuing need for this space and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Indiana City: Evansville Delineated Area: Boundaries (in clockwise direction): North: Diamond Ave Expwy > Lynch Rd (via Hwy 41), East: Epworth Rd, South: Outer Lincoln Ave > Lincoln Ave > Liberty Way > Mulberry St (Via 6th St) > Water St, West: Ohio River Scenic Byway > Fulton Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,058 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,300 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 2 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: n/a Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
