It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.� This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.� Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice.� The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Responses to this announcement should be e-mailed to adam.j.busald.civ@army.mil, no later than 11 a.m. (Eastern Time) Fort Knox Local Time, 14 May 2024. U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) is requesting feedback on a proposed contract to install perforated window film graphics at U.S Army stand alone and collocated recruiting stations.� USAREC anticipates award of five (5) regional contracts.� Qualified vendors are asked to review the attached draft Objectives and Specifications and provide responses to the questions below. Documents included for review consist of: Objectives and Specifications Technical Exhibit A� Recruiting Station Addresses by Region Technical Exhibit B 5 Regions Map Questions 1.� Does your company have the capability to coordinate the installation of perforated window graphics within a region.� If so, how many recruiting stations can you complete in a 12 month period and what would be an optimal number per month? 2.� What would be an �ESTIMATED� fully burdened price per square foot to conduct site survey, produce, install, and deinstall and dispose any existing graphics at a single station.� Average window facility is 240 square feet. 3.� Are there alternate pricing approaches you would recommend?� 4.� Do you have any comments related to the attached Objectives and Specifications? 5.� Can you describe quality control plan and how it would be implemented during such a dispersed geographical area? 6.� How many days from request to installation will it take to schedule an installation at a specific recruiting station?
