For lodging and meals requirements in the following locations: 363 Military Police Company-363 Luby Street, Grafton West Virigina, 26354 423 Military Police Company -200 Route 25A Shoreham, NY 11786 351 Military Police Company- 2803 South East 36th Avenue, Ocala FL 34471 The period of performance is as follows: 20 June 2024 � 23 June 2024 for the 363 MP Company 05 July 2024 � 07 July 2024 for the 423 MP Company 25 July 2024 � 28 July 2024 for the 351 MP Company �Please see the attached draft Statement of Work and Enclosure 0001 for details. 2. If you are capable of meeting the ALL requirements, please send an email to Contract Specialist, Javed Mohamed at javed.s.mohamed.civ@army.mil and also the Contracting Officer Jennifer M. Rustwick at jennifer.m.rustwick.civ@army.mil. Please Title the subject line of your email ""Lodging and Meals to support 200 Military Police Command to include all respective MP Companies: 363/423/351."" 3. In your response, please identify if you are a small business and if so, include what type. (example, Veteran own or Woman own etc.) Also, please include a CAGE code, DUNS, SAM Unique Identifier, and a valid POC. 4. All responses are due no later than 03 MAY 2024 at 03:00 PM EST. Amendment 0001 (4/30/2024) Amendment 0001, serves to answer a question received from industry.� Can the lodging per diem be exceeded? Answer:�As stated on page 2 of the SOW, the Government cannot exceed the per diem rates for lodging in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, without a waiver.�� Additionally, as stated on page 3 of the SOW, The Government cannot exceed the per diem rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, without a waiver.
