Description

Construction Service for Modify Mental Health Nurse Station (Bldg 1) This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 02, 2024. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW FAR 36.204(c), the magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor for Modify Mental Health Nurse Station (Bldg 1) in accordance with the SOW located at 6900 N Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086-4400. The duration of this project is approximately 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
