- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for kitchen janitorial services for VA Palo Alto Health Care System at Palo Alto Division, Livermore Division, and Menlo Park Division. The solicitation is set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561720 Janitorial Services, standard size $22.0M. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Please carefully read Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services in order to respond to this RFQ. Failure to do so may eliminate your response from being considered for award.
