Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) located in Stuttgart, AR., has a requirement for a new roof replacement on the equipment shed between greenhouses.� The work includes but is not limited to:� The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and professional services necessary to remove and install a new roof on the equipment shed, as per the Statement of Work (SoW). ��The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and detailed cost breakdown for the entire project. USDA ARS SEA intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed priced contract.� The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside.� The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M.� Contractors shall not directly contact the�facility to discuss this requirement.� During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). �The Government anticipates issuing an RFP for this requirement on or about May 11, 2024.� This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for these services.
