- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide a response to an Industry question. See attached Amendment 0001.The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a contract for up to 60-month lease of two (2) Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) for OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (OCONUS) ? Turkey. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery and installation, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security.
