The U.S. Government�seeks to lease the following space: State:��Puerto Rico City:��Ponce Delineated Area: North - Road PR #10 & PR #14 East - Cooper Vision, PR # 52 & Coto Laurel PR #1 South - Road PR #1 Costa Caribe, Plaza de Caribe, Ponce Pier West - CESCO PR # 2, & Hotel Holiday Inn PR #2 (See attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��3,322 ABOA SF broken out as follows: � Office = 1,194 ABOA � Storage = 304 � Other = 1,824 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��3,497 ABOA SF broken out as follows: � Office = 1,257 ABOA � Storage = 320 � Other = 1,920 Space Type:� Office, Storage, Other Parking Spaces (Total):� Six (6) Parking Spaces (Surface):��Six (6) Parking Spaces (Structured):��N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):��Six (6) Full Term:� 10 Years Firm Term:��5 Years Option Term:��None Additional Requirements: Eighteen (18) parking spaces for employees and visitors should be commercially available within a walkable � mile of the offered building Ground floor space is required Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
